Our next free neighborhood plant exchange is planned for March 2009. The date will be set in January in order not to conflict with other area home and garden events.
We can always use volunteer help. We need help half hour an hour before the event and during the event. It’s a lot of fun. Please let us know if you’d like to volunteer at this community-building event.
Rain had been forecast for the day of the plant exchange, however, we were favored with a gorgeous, sunny day. We had about 300 participants. Many plants found a new home and fun was had by all. We even got yelped. Visit the following link to read the positive review we received:
